The RETURNER hook-lift mobile return unit is the perfect complement to the SPLITTER HOOK. It is always used when only the undersize is desired during separation. In this case, the oversize is fed into the crushing and screening process until the desired target grain is achieved, and this in just one step. This leads to an additional quality improvement of the final material, which then has a lower fines content. The RETURNER can be easily integrated into the existing process, thus reducing the need for additional loading with a wheel loader.
The flexibly adjustable discharge belt creates buffer capacities in the work flow and even allows direct container or trailer loading. The one-piece design reduces leakage and ensures optimum discharge of the material streams. At the same time, the RETURNER does not
require its own power supply and can be co-supplied by the SPLITTER HOOK. Furthermore, the RETURNER can also be used as a simple feed unit for the direct acceptance of material. In this case, the material fed in by small wheel loaders is transferred to downstream machines via the conveyor system.
The RETURNER can be used whenever the SPLITTER HOOK is used. Main applications are mainly waste wood, but also green waste, biomass, industrial waste, slag, light mixed construction waste and landfill debris up to a maximum of 1 t/m3.
