Anlagenbau GÜNTHER in Wartenberg started its apprenticeships on 1 September. Together with his wife Andrea, Bernd Günther welcomed the new apprentices and one-year trainees from the technical college.
Human resources manager Ulla Heuser, Kristina Dickel (an apprentice industrial clerk in her second year of training) and Nils Zimmermann (an apprentice construction mechanic in his third year of training) had earlier provided the apprentices with information on their future areas of responsibility. The company tour was accompanied by the technical operations manager (Michael Ullersperger) and production manager (Wilfrid Seier-Kirch). The young professionals can expect an interesting and comprehensive period of training in which they will get to know all relevant operational areas. The company offers trainees from technical college the opportunity to gain their first experiences of processional life.
Anlagenbau GÜNTHER currently has around 100 employees, of which 13 are apprentices for the specialist roles of industrial and construction mechanic, mechatronics engineer, warehouse logistics specialist, technical product designer and industrial clerk.
The company will also once again present its training opportunities this year as part of the vocational training fair “Marktplatz Ausbildung” in Alsfeld (22 September).
