Till now we had delivered two sizes of separation cuts in reference to the application on site with 0-15 mm and 0-22/37mm. One advantage for the client is the separation in three different particle types. The cubicle size are mainly stones and the flat size are papers or hygienic articles. The flat material could be dewatered without impurities like stones. That reduce the wear and the disposal costs. The fine material is grit and organic. This material can be cleaned in grit washers and can be used for road works or other applications. The organic part goes back in the treatment process of the waste water plant. That reduce the volume for the land fill areas and the costs.
