The MULTISTAR star screens not only belong to the most powerful screening machines, they can also hardly be surpassed under economical aspects. Compost, tree bark and biomass are separated with low noise and highest reliability. With stationary MULTISTAR star screen systems no customer demands remain unfulfilled. Screen decks, feed metering hopper, wind sifter, stone separation or magnet separation are exactly adapted to the separating task by following a modular principle, so that up to four fractions can be generated in one work cycle.
Depending on the design, the interior of the star screens consists of one or several screen decks. The drive of the start shafts via electric motors and frequency converters ensures low costs for energy, wear and maintenance.
Particle size classification
The variety of designs of our star screens ensures a continuous band width of grain sizes. The grain size can be altered in seconds within the band width determined by the star geometry by simply changing the rotary speed of the star shafts. Screen sections ranging from 8 - 150 mm are covered by selecting and arranging various star types beforehand.
All screen units are continually cleaned by the cleaning system. Cleaning elements, exactly adapted to the application, are available to ensure low wear and thus economical working.
