NEW! TAKER HOOK – the mobile specialist

With its tried and tested construction, now also available as a hook-lift variant, TAKER HOOK leaves nothing to be desired. Extremely compact size for a storage capacity of up to 9 cbm, a discharge belt as standard and a number of options make the receiving dosing equipment a mobile all-rounder that can be integrated variably into the most diverse production processes. The two-section, folding discharge conveyor can be easily and quickly retracted for transport. The control of the functions is carried out from a simple and practical operating console.

A typical practical example

Together with the mobile NFM separator, a mobile processing line for the treatment of shredded waste wood can be set up at any desired location. The TAKER HOOK takes the collected material from the upstream process and doses/dispenses it as an optimised distribution to the feed belt for the NFM separator. An optional overbelt magnet and/or a magnetic deflection drum ensure additional FM removal. The eddy current separator of the mobile NFM separator removes the valuable non-ferrous metals from the material. The customer finally has an impurity-free and high-quality end product for further marketing.

A wide variety of separators such as strainers, wind sifters or sorting machines can be used instead of the NFM separator.

Customer-specific configuration

Customers can configure their TAKER HOOKs individually by means of the extensive equipment options. This means that, in addition to the overbelt magnet or an FM magnetic deflection drum at the end of the belt, an independent 12-volt hydraulic system with buffer battery can be selected for the operating of the discharge conveyor and the hydraulic supporting feet, that are also available as an option. Robust and corrosion-resistant machine cladding using the proven tarpaulin system enables reasonably priced customer-specific labelling.

TAKER HOOK is the mobile and compact variant of the TAKER TL12 that is already used in very diverse application areas by many customers. It is ideally suited to the processing of biogenic material, such as

  • Pre-shredded wood and waste wood in all commercial classes
  • Biomass, fresh but also extremely dirty material
  • Compost, dry or up to 60% moisture
  • Pruning waste, if this does not exceed a branch length of 500 mm

TAKER HOOK is not suitable for non-shredded materials and material with a bulk weight of over 700 kg/cbm. Foreign matter such as stones and metals do not impair its functioning if their proportion is relatively small.
